In light of COVID-19 the POGP 2020 Conference has been postponed until 2021 (date tbc). All information below is subject to change and will be updated over the coming weeks.
Early bird POGP Member = £295.00 (last registration date for EB rates 31.05.20)
Early bird Non-member = £345.00 (last registration date for EB rates 31.05.20)
POGP Member = £325.00 (last date to register 25.09.20)
Non-member = £375.00 (last date to register 25.09.20)
Please note there is no day delegate fee – this is because of the excellent value offered for the whole conference.
Refreshments & lunch are included in your fee.
We will be hosting a networking event at the end of Day 1 . This will be an opportunity to meet with colleagues and guest speakers with drinks and nibbles. This is included in the price of the conference.

We can only accept payment via BACS. Please use delegate name as reference or advise Ellie if making a group payment.
All delegates must pay the full amount and if eligible for discount this is to be claimed back through POGP expenses.
To secure your place course fees MUST be paid in full prior to the event.

For those of you requiring accommodation we have agreed a conference rate with the Holiday Inn on Tadcaster Road in York. We currently have 40 rooms allocated for the period noted below. This hotel is a 15 min walk from York Racecourse or 3 mins if travelling by car.

A number of rooms will be held until 12 weeks prior to the conference taking place where 50% of the remaining rooms will be released back to general sale and the remaining rooms will be released 8 weeks prior to conference. Any rooms that delegates wish to book after the 12 weeks will be subject to the availability and after the 8 weeks will have to be booked on the best available rate.
